We are a service company providing carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, wood floor, tile and grout cleaning, and more. We answer phones for multiple cities throughout the US. Must have ability to multi task and manage multiple calls at the same time, including putting people on hold. Dispatching of technicians. Customer service experience is necessary. Must have good communication skills. Must have computer skills, good phone skills, ability to solve problems. This job entails working from home. Must have wifi, computer, and quiet space at home. The job also entails social media posting, data entry, ability to adapt and learn new software. Marketing to clients via our software involving emailing and texting.
Hourly plus commission.
Hours are 12-4 pm Mon-Fri, every third Saturday 9am-3pm.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
