Overview
Coastal Painting Contractors Inc. is seeking a part-time, in-person Junior Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations at our Naples, Florida office.
This is a flexible part-time position. The schedule and hours can be discussed based on availability and company needs.
This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with bookkeeping or accounting experience. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle confidential information with integrity, and assist with accounts receivable, collections, lien releases, subcontractor documentation, and general bookkeeping support.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and collections follow-up
- Support lien release documentation and coordination with customers
- Help organize subcontractor-related documents and compliance records
- Help maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
- Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with internal team members regarding pending accounting items
- Keep accounting and project-related files updated and complete

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year preferred
- Accounts Receivable: 1 year preferred
- QuickBooks: 1 year preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
