Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to all guests and staff
- Control the flow and pace of your game
- Handle guest transactions for “buy-ins” and “payoffs”
- Notify supervisor of any irregularities in guest play and transactions
- Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures
- Maintain the table chip tray inventory in an orderly fashion
- Adhere to Title 31 Gaming Regulations
- Perform related work as requested
Required Qualifications
- Must be twenty-one (21) years old
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math to total hands and calculate payoffs
- Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Ability to present yourself in a professional, pleasant, confident and well-groomed manner
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years previous dealing experience
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for conducting assigned table games in a professional, courteous, and accurate manner while ensuring compliance with Tribal, federal, and state gaming regulations. The Dealer provides an engaging and entertaining gaming experience, maintains game integrity, and delivers excellent guest service in alignment with the Tribe’s values and commitment to responsible gaming.
