W2 position, draw against uncapped commissions, plus 401k with company match and profit sharing. Last year the whole team shared in a profit share 401k. That's the model going forward, not a one time bonus.

You'll be backed by real certifications (A+ BBB accredited, ShingleMaster Pro Credentialed, Certified Vinyl Siding Installer, James Hardie Preferred Remodeler) so you lead with credibility on day one instead of fighting for it.
