Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-driven professional to support our Finance Team. This role combines financial administration, data analysis, process improvement, and executive support.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, learning new software, finding efficiencies, and using modern technology—including AI tools—to improve workflows and reporting. Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting and data collection
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and financial summaries
- Verify invoices, expenses, and supporting documentation
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting projects
- Reconcile information across multiple systems
- Help maintain accurate financial records
- Track company KPIs and operational metrics
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting activities
Skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- ERP or business management software (a plus)
- AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Data organization and reporting software
