Following the success of multiple Vanguard Academy graduating classes, we're opening a limited number of positions for our next onboarding group.
Vanguard is not a licensing program.
It's an elite career development program designed to transform exceptional sales professionals into exceptional Mortgage Loan Officers.
Anyone can study for the SAFE Exam.
The difference isn't earning a license—it's what happens after.
Vanguard develops the sales skills, confidence, communication, and real-world experience that separate average Loan Officers from top producers.

What You'll Learn
From your first day, you'll develop the skills that top-producing Loan Officers rely on every day:
- Paid training while preparing for the SAFE Exam & NMLS licensing
- Sales methodology: discovery, positioning, objection handling, and closing
- Communication, confidence, and borrower psychology
- Live client conversations during training
- Daily coaching and one-on-one mentorship from top-producing Loan Officers
- A proven path into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role
Our classes remain intentionally small so every participant receives the coaching, mentorship, and development they deserve.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in professionals with experience in:
- Phone or call center sales
- Door-to-door sales
- Automotive sales
- Retail sales
- B2B sales
- Inside sales
- Any customer-facing, commission-based sales role
You should be:
- Competitive and goal-driven
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Confident communicating with people
- Motivated by growth and performance
- Looking for a career—not just your next job
Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.
After Vanguard
Upon successful completion of the Academy and licensing requirements, you'll transition into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role where you'll:
- Work company-provided leads
- Help clients achieve their homeownership goals
- Guide borrowers from application through closing
- Continue developing alongside experienced leadership on a platform built for long-term success
