Customer Service Associate
Starting Pay: $27/hour
We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience. You don’t need years of experience—what matters most is your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and work well with both customers and team members.
Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and clarity
Help resolve issues related to orders, accounts, payments, or product use
Accurately record customer interactions in systems like Zendesk or Salesforce
Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Product, or Finance to solve complex problems
Spot recurring issues and suggest ways to improve processes
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
Share feedback to help us continually improve the customer experience
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
A team player who’s passionate about helping others
