What You'll Do
- Prepare surfaces: patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Apply interior and exterior paint to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Maintain a clean, organized job site from setup through final walkthrough
- Communicate with your crew lead and document job progress via Company Cam
- Represent Rock Solid professionally with every homeowner interaction
- Complete jobs on time and within estimated hours
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of residential painting experience preferred but we will train the right person
- Reliable transportation to job sites & valid driver's license
- Clean, professional appearance on the job
- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Team player: you show up on time, communicate, and hold your end
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
- Willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$22/hr based on experience and skill
- $150/month personal vehicle per diem after 90 days.
- $175/year Work Shoe allowance - after 90 days
- Efficiency bonuses: earn a share of every job that comes in under budget
- Google Review bonuses paid per review earned
- Paid Time Off: 40 hrs/yr (year 1), 80 hrs/yr (year 2), 120 hrs/yr (year 3+)
- 64 hours/yr unpaid sick and personal time - after 90 days
- Ongoing training through PCA PaintEd certification program

This can be a physical job. You should be able to lift 50 lbs and safely use ladders(not afraid of heights).
Responsibilities
- Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to apply paint, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to use and be comfortable on ladders/scaffolding.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the painting process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
