Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for two apartment complexes, located in Opelousas and Carencro, LA.
The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- $18.00-$19.00/hr, depending upon experience
- $70 monthly fuel reimbursement ($35 per paycheck) + $30 monthly cellphone reimbursement ($15 per paycheck) provided

- Uniform shirts provided.
**A 2BR rent-free apartment is offered with this position (Carencro location). No pets allowed.**
