Must have:
1) Be elegibe to work in the US
2) At least 1 year experience working in a preschool setting
3) Must have a High School Diploma or GED
4) Have at least 1 of the following or be able to complete it
- 90 hours certificate in Preschol
- CDA credential Preschool
<Responsibilities>
- Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and social-emotional development
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through routines and activities
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and learning
- Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Work closely with children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation
- Support early childhood education principles such as the creative curriculum or other curriculum frameworks, to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative educational environment
<Experience>
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage a busy learning environment confidently
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive spaces for all children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
