What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering phones and responding to emails with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations, and candidate profiles
- Maintaining organized databases and filing systems
- Interview potential candidates
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and client communication
- Delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients alike
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or a fast-paced office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive mindset
- Experienced with Monday.com is a plus
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours available (Full-time or Part-time)
