Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician for North Central Behavioral Health Systems in Canton, Illinois.
POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide outpatient psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health professionals to coordinate patient care.

Utilize SmartCare Streamline EMR for documentation and patient management.
-
Practice in a structured outpatient environment focused on quality behavioral health services.

Salary: $50,000-$62,000 based on experience.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Ability to provide outpatient behavioral health therapy.

Experience or interest in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
