We looking for an experienced Surgical Sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, educate patients on surgical procedures, and walk the patient through the surgical journey including booking a surgical procedure. You will receive a salary and commission based on your sales and productivity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients
- Answer incoming calls from patients
- Evaluate patients for procedures they are interested in and suggest procedures based on their wants/needs and surgeon recommendations
- Educate patients on the procedures, what it entails, and what labs/clearances are required based on their age & medical history
- Explain the process of booking to each patient and what to expect after booking since there are multiple departments the patient will be in contact with
- Create invoices and ensure that all documents have been signed, completed, and uploaded before the end of the pay-period
- Notify necessary departments of last-minute add-ons to the schedule or changes
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
