Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Duties
- Craft Cocktail Experience
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Assist with catering events or banquets as required, ensuring timely service.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred ; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
- Experience in food handling or catering services is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
