We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in our Luray, Virginia office. This is an in-office position — applicants must be able to work on-site.

Available Shifts
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
All team members must be available to work at least one weekend day.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
- Document calls and maintain detailed records
- Follow established scripts and procedures
- Escalate issues appropriately when needed
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Location
This position requires working on-site in our Luray, VA office. Remote work is not available.
