Responsible for operating a stationary or traveling crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads. Depresses buttons, lifts levers and ensures load is safely attached to crane before bringing it down. If crane work is not available, other duties assigned. Current Crane experience with Mobil Truck Cranes, RT Cranes, and Tower Cranes. Specifically looking for someone with either Tower, Mobile or Lattice experience.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Responsible for facilitating and completing annual crane training-(up to two (2) times per year).
- Up to 10% of total profit paid for training after successful completion.
- Operate crane under general supervisions
- Manipulate or depress crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal or signal instructions.
- Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis
- Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
- Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks.
- Work with in precise limits and standards of accuracy
- Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads
- Determine and report if any parts are not working
- NCCCO Certified
- Three years related epxereince or training; or equivalant combination of education and experience
- Mobil Crane experience preferred
