Full-Time Leadership Position

As a General Manager, you are responsible for the restaurant's overall success. You will lead and develop your management team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives great food and outstanding service.
This role is more than running shifts—it’s about building a strong team, managing the business, and creating a positive culture where employees can grow and succeed.
The General Manager sets the tone for the entire restaurant and plays a key role in achieving sales, operational, and people development goals.
What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, Shift Managers, and Crew Members

Ensure the restaurant delivers excellent quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards

Drive sales growth, control costs, and manage overall restaurant performance

Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and employee development

Monitor food safety, inventory, and operational procedures

Resolve guest concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Create a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results

Partner with the franchise owner and leadership team to achieve business goals
Key Leadership Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of each shift

Develop future leaders and promote team members from within

Maintain labor, food cost, and operational targets

Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company policies

Track performance metrics and continuously improve operations
What We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant management experience required

Experience leading teams and developing managers

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High standards for operational excellence and customer service

Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule
