What You’ll Get
- $75,000 – $85,000 base salary (DOE)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Hybrid 2/3 schedule(2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What You’ll Do
As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as theprimary liaisonto Boards of Directors and homeowners
- LeadingBoard meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Managingassociation operationsin alignment with governing documents and management agreements
- Reviewingfinancials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
- Overseeingvendors, contracts, and capital projects
- Managingcompliance, collections, and risk awareness
- Conductingsite inspectionsand maintaining community standards
- Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

What We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who can operate independently and lead with confidence.
Required:
- Direct HOA / Community Management experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
- Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)
Work Environment
This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
