Community Liaison

Develops strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.

Develops and maintains marketing budgets.

Plans and coordinates the marketing of Services.

Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.

Develops plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.

Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.

Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.

Assists with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.

Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.

Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.

Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Prepares and presents sales proposals.

Plans and manages sales territory.

Understands and communicates information regarding company services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.

Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Home Care and Hospice industry services information.

Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.

Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
