Ironwood West Michigan Group is hiring a Retail Customer Service Associate to help deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting nationally recognized brands in a retail setting.
We're looking for individuals who are friendly, motivated, and excited to build a long-term career. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, banking, or sales is welcomed but not required.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
- Answer questions regarding products and services.
