What You'll Do
As a Systems Administrator, you'll support and maintain a variety of client environments while serving as a trusted technical resource.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues remotely and onsite.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Support virtualization platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain backups, disaster recovery solutions, and business continuity systems.
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and internet connectivity.
- Deploy and support desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology upgrades.
- Monitor client systems and respond to alerts generated by RMM and monitoring platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for client environments and technical procedures.
- Work directly with vendors and third-party providers when escalation is required.
- Improve security, automation, and operational efficiency across client environments.

What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of professional IT support, administration, or MSP experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, wireless networking).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with Entra ID and Intune.
- Experience with Windows Server administration.
- Azure experience.
- VMware or Hyper-V experience.
- Firewall and network administration experience.
- PowerShell or scripting experience.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar.
