What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, honest, and professional manner.
- Provide estimates, explain repair timelines, and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare repair orders, process invoices, and collect payments.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service department.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with customers and fellow team members.
- Previous service advisor, automotive, powersports, motorcycle, or dealership experience is preferred—but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Passion for motorcycles or powersports is a plus!
