Job Summary
This role ensures all tools are clean, functional, and ready for field use while keeping the shop environment efficient and well-organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support multiple departments as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains tool and supplies inventory
- Cleans, repairs, and ensures all tools are ready for use in the field.
- Locates misplaced or lost tools and equipment
- Prepares and upkeeps all inventories of shop supplies and tools
- Works with parts & service departments to ensure all parts for jobs are stored in their specific locations
- Maintains orderliness of shop and can organize efficiently
- Perform local deliveries if required
- Coordinates with fleet manager to ensure all service vehicles are maintained
- Perform light janitorial duties within the facility
- Assist field technicians if there is a need
- Any other duties that the Service Manager may assign if required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred)
- Mechanically Inclined
- Reliable
- Ability to learn the crane industry
- Entry level
