ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
(The following duties for the position listed shall include but are not limited to):

Ability to assemble and PDI new units.

Responsible for new units, starting from receiving to customer walk around as outlined in the PDI training procedures and guidelines.

Responsible for organization and control of PDI area and service warehouse storage
-
Capable of performing simple maintenance i.e.; oil changes, tire changes, etc.

Able to work under close supervision of PDI Manager and Service Manager.

Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.

Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.

Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.

Perform or support tooling design and fabrication, in-process and final inspection and production

Learn to use ingenuity and mathematical calculations to make complicated set-ups.

Keep tools and work area in a clean and orderly manner.

Must be able to read, interpret and work from engineering designs, specifications, drawings and written and verbal instructions.

Adhere to safety requirements associated with assigned duties.

Perform other related duties as required.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Prefer interest or experience in Motorsports industry

Prefer technical and/or mechanical aptitude.

Ownership of tools.

Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in the operation of Motor Vehicles conventional machine shop equipment in the creation of close-tolerance parts, either through work experience or as a hobby.

Require strong, excellent verbal & solid communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.
