Now Hiring: Experienced Heavy Dismantler & Parts Puller
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Heavy Dismantler & Parts Puller to join our automotive salvage team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely dismantle cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles.
- Remove engines, transmissions, rear ends, suspension components, body panels, and other reusable parts.
- Pull customer-ordered parts accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect parts for quality and identify damage.
- Label, organize, and store parts properly.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, torches, air tools, and other shop equipment (experience preferred).
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced salvage yard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience dismantling vehicles and pulling used auto parts is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Ability to identify automotive components quickly and accurately.
- Experience using power and hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
