JOB SUMMARY
IMP is a rapidly growing medical and recreational cannabis processing center specializing in top-quality cannabis extracts with a solid focus on manufacturing a broad range of high-quality products within our brand and across multiple brand lines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Biomass Preparation: Execute proper biomass preparation procedures for both CO2 and Butane extractions, ensuring consistency and quality of prepared material.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain the biomass inventory, ensuring that materials are available for extraction while adhering to strict timelines.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain extraction equipment. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any minor mechanical issues that may arise, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and production standards. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate any issues or concerns to the Lab Manager in a timely manner, including potential bottlenecks, machine malfunctions, or safety concerns.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with the extraction team to assist in any additional tasks necessary to meet production goals. You will be expected to step in when needed to support other team members or departments
- General Lab Duties: Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. You may also be assigned additional responsibilities as needed to meet the lab's operational needs.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 or over (required by law)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Able to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions, including complex procedures and protocols.
- Mechanically inclined, with an aptitude for learning and maintaining machinery and equipment used in the extraction process.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all legal and company regulations.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require extended periods of standing.
- Prior experience in a lab or production environment is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
