Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teachers in Bronx, NY to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism and related disorders. Required:
- Bachelor’s degree special education (MSED)
- Teacher’s certification for students with Disabilities Birth- Grade 2
Responsibilities:
- Utilize early intervention strategies and learning technologies to promote literacy and social skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
Qualifications:
- State certification in Special Education
- Experience working with children with special needs, specifically those with developmental disabilities and autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
