Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments with attention to detail
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and guest engagement strategies to enhance revenue
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
