What You'll Do
- Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally
- Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and video
- Set and confirm appointments for the showroom
- Follow up with unsold customers and previous prospects
- Work closely with the sales and management team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Help customers find the right vehicle and complete the sales process
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, texting, and email
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required
