Sales & Partnerships Coordinator
Portland Gear is looking for a motivated Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to help grow our corporate branding, customization, and wholesale opportunities.
This role is a mix of sales support, lead generation, order coordination, and client-facing sales work. The right person will be detail oriented, comfortable communicating with customers, and excited to help build a fast-growing area of the business.
You’ll support the full sales process from researching and finding new leads, to helping prepare pitches, entering and tracking orders, coordinating with production, and following up with customers. This person will also have the opportunity to attend trade shows, represent Portland Gear in sales conversations, and help introduce our custom products to companies, organizations, distributors, and corporate gifting buyers.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new leads for corporate gifting, custom merchandise, branded products, and wholesale opportunities
- Assist with outreach to prospective customers, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and trade show follow-up
- Help prepare proposals, pricing sheets, presentations, and product recommendations
- Support order entry, order tracking, and communication between customers, sales, production, and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and order information in our systems
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure a strong experience
- Attend select trade shows, events, and customer meetings as needed
- Help pitch Portland Gear’s custom and corporate branding capabilities to new prospects
- Support the growth of our B2B, customization, and corporate sales channels
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, operations, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers and prospects
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and orders at once
- Interested in sales, business development, branding, apparel, bags, or promotional products
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer meetings
- Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to learn
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Shopify, order entry, wholesale, promotional products, or corporate gifting is a plus
This role is a great fit for someone who wants to grow into a larger sales, account management, or business development role over time.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
