We are seeking a skilled Researcher, Data Collection with Documentation & Compliance Specialist withto join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest Security companies.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in document management, administrative support, project coordination, compliance support, data collection, or a related field.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in updating and maintaining tracking systems, databases, or project management tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting compliance, subcontractor management, vendor management, or document review processes.
- Familiarity with SharePoint document libraries and file management best practices.
- Experience working in construction, workforce management, staffing, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities:
The Researcher, Data Collection is responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining project-related documentation from subcontractors while ensuring all files are accurately stored within designated SharePoint locations for compliance review. This role serves as a key liaison between subcontractors and internal teams, communicating requirements, tracking document status, and providing timely updates throughout the compliance review process.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to follow established processes and instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect required documentation from subcontractors through email, phone, and other approved communication channels.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and organize them within the appropriate SharePoint folders.
- Maintain accurate document records and ensure proper version control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors regarding documentation requests and status updates.
- Follow up with subcontractors to obtain missing or outstanding documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Sub compliance Team to identify additional documentation requirements following initial reviews.
- Communicate review feedback and additional requests to subcontractors.
- Update and maintain project tracking tools, ensuring accurate and current status reporting.
- Notify internal stakeholders of project updates, document submissions, and outstanding action items.
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Adhere to documented procedures and compliance requirements throughout the data collection process.
- Escalate issues, risks, or delays to leadership as appropriate.
