About the Opportunity:
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for scheduling a wide range of preventative maintenance activities in our distribution facility including mechanical repairs, troubleshooting equipment, and working with instrumentation. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining and using parts inventory software, placing orders for parts, and maintaining purchase order records. What You Will Need:

Associate degree in electromechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and controls programming (or related area).

7+ years of experience in the electrical and/or mechanical field.

5+ years supervisory experience.
-
Proficient in standard business office software (SKYPE, MS Office, etc.).

Self-directed individual who leads projects to identify and implement solutions with team input.

Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple tasks.

Strong technical aptitude.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Demonstrated strong work-ethic, outstanding leadership ability and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of Management.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English and interact with all levels of the organization.

Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $70,304 - $90,000 / YEAR

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
