ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Lead to join a team supporting the administration of programs on behalf of a Federal agency. In this role, you will direct vulnerability lifecycle coordination, including tracking and reporting. This is a Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

Coordinate vulnerability tracking and remediation support activities

Provide metrics and trend analysis reports

Ensure integration of vulnerability management outputs into broader compliance, risk management, and authorization operations
Qualifications:

Experience: 10 years of related experience (preferred)

Certifications: Role-appropriate industry certifications in cybersecurity, network operations, systems security, or monitoring technologies (required)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
