A growing Kansas City construction company is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator person to add to their team and play an instrumental, hands-on role supporting the accounting department in day-to-day operations.
The Project Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks that include:
- Invoice entry and billing
- Handle purchase orders
- Review and approve invoices from project managers
- Collect, review, and process subcontractor/supplier monthly project invoice
- Ensure proper payments to all subcontractors and major suppliers
- Data entry and other administrative duties
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of experience within the construction industry strongly preferred
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience using Google Docs
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
