Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in the fitness industry and 2-3 years of experience in sales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales and training operations
- Supervise and train sales staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Conduct employee interviews and assist in recruiting efforts to build a strong sales team.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation.
- Market and advertise for new training and membership clientele
- Manager of Club on Saturday and Sundays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
