Summary:
The Sales Data Analyst is a detail-oriented, positive member of the Wise Staffing Group corporate team. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, maintaining CRM data integrity, and providing actionable insights that support business growth. This role partners closely with sales leadership to optimize sales processes, improve reporting, and ensure the company's CRM platform is effectively utilized across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical aptitude and a passion for process improvement.
Duties:
- Maintain and administer the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Configure CRM settings, workflows, dashboards, and user permissions to support business objectives.
- Provide CRM onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM support, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Analyze sales data and develop reports that measure key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, activity metrics, and overall sales performance.
- Create and maintain executive dashboards and recurring reports for leadership.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement through data analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of CRM data through routine audits and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales, recruiting, marketing, and executive leadership to improve workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Assist with CRM implementation projects, system enhancements, integrations, and software updates.
- Document CRM processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Recommend technology solutions and process improvements that increase efficiency and support organizational growth.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and operational insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business analytics, or a related role.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM system required, experience in SalesForce preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train users of varying technical skill levels.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong customer service mindset when supporting internal users.
Work Environment
This role requires frequent travel to company locations. This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other business technologies.
