2 Lads Winery on Old Mission Peninsula is looking for energetic, hospitality-loving team members to help create amazing experiences for our guests. Love meeting new people? Enjoy great wines? Our winery sits on 58 acres near the end of the Old Mission Peninsula. The vineyards cover 23 meticulously tended acres at the heart of our estate. We specialize in cool-climate red wines, sparkling wines, and small-run white wines to round out our portfolio.
About the Role
- Full and Part-Time positions available, 20-40 hours/week
- Seasonal employment through Fall 2026 with the potential for additional Winter hours as available
Compensation:
- $13 - $25/hour ($13/hour base rate + shared cash and credit card tips averaging an additional $8 - $12/hour)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage all guests to our Tasting Room with enthusiasm
- Share the 2 Lads story and information about our wines
- Serve wine tasting flights, glasses, and small plates at our indoor/outdoor bars and provide table service to seated guests
- Assist guests with selections and checking-out in our retail room
- Promote the 2 Lads Wine Clubs to sign-up new members; assist visiting members
- Keep the tasting room, outdoor areas, and restrooms looking fantastic
- Check ID’s to ensure everyone sipping wine is of legal age to consume alcohol
- Work weekends and some holidays
- Be awesome!
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing people ready to create memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Be capable of performing all positions - from serving and bussing, to host and float
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, move for extended period
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (cases of wine aren’t light!)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous retail or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work through November, with possible winter hours as available
