The Temperature Controls Specialist will lead the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service of Building Automation Systems and temperature control systems. This field-based role requires independent work at customer sites while partnering with project managers and service teams to ensure reliable, efficient system performance throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system startup, commissioning, checkout, and functional testing of BAS and temperature control systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues on both new and existing BAS and HVAC control systems
- Support service calls, system upgrades, retrofits, and preventative maintenance activities
- Review control sequences, electrical schematics, project drawings, and customer requirements
- Document completed work and communicate technical findings, recommendations, and system changes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working with temperature controls, building automation systems, or HVAC controls; strong industrial controls experience will also be considered
- Solid knowledge of low-voltage control wiring, including analog and digital circuits
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and sequences of operation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Experience with BACnet communications and major BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls, Distech, Siemens, Trane, Carrier, KMC, or Automated Logic preferred
- Niagara N4 experience or certification would be a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel to customer sites
