As a Lead Front Desk Concierge, you serve as the primary front desk leader ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and regulatory compliance across the community. What You’ll Do: • Oversee front desk operations and ensure warm, professional greetings • Answer and direct calls promptly with proper community greeting • Support sales inquiries and coordinate prospective visits • Assist with recruitment data entry and candidate engagement • Maintain resident and team rosters, logs, and emergency records • Monitor Bistro presentation and entry area standards • Manage schedules, call-outs, and Concierge coverage • Support move-in coordination and administrative processes • Ensure safety protocols, sign-in/out procedures, and Safe Leaving compliance • Lead Concierge meetings and support team performance You are the communication hub and hospitality leader balancing service, organization, and accountability.
