This isn't your typical front desk job. Our Studio Experience Coordinator is the heartbeat of our studio—the first smile members see, the person who remembers names, celebrates milestones, creates genuine connections, and helps every client feel like they belong.
You'll spend your day connecting with members, anticipating their needs, maintaining our beautiful studio, and helping deliver an experience that reflects the premium Pvolve brand.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every member with genuine enthusiasm and create a warm, personalized experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Build authentic relationships by learning names, celebrating milestones, and engaging with members before and after class.
- Introduce prospective clients to Pvolve and confidently recommend memberships, class packages, and retail products based on their goals.
- Keep our studio looking immaculate by cleaning equipment, organizing the front desk, folding towels, restocking retail, and maintaining our premium presentation standards throughout every shift.
- Help "flip" the studio between classes by preparing equipment, resetting the space, and ensuring every class starts on time.
- Communicate with members through phone, text, email, and in person while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support the Studio Manager with daily operations and help create a positive, energetic environment every day.
What We're Looking For

- You take pride in creating clean, organized, beautiful spaces and don't wait to be asked to straighten or clean something.
- You're confident recommending memberships, retail, and services because you believe in helping people—not using high-pressure sales tactics.
- You're dependable, positive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, boutique retail, coffee shops, luxury brands, customer service, or boutique fitness is preferred.
- Comfortable using technology, texting clients, POS systems, and social media.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with studio setup.
