Compensation: $15 - $17/hour (based on experience and availability)
Description:
- Greet and assist customers at the register.
- Process transactions using our online POS system.
- Provide support and answer questions in person and through our CRM.
- Keep the front area clean and organized.
- Accurately handle cash and follow all transaction procedures.
- Contribute to a welcoming and fun environment for guests.
Requirements (Attitude is most important!):
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation (must be able to get to work on time for every shift).
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable dealing with a variety of people.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Good with technology (comfortable handling computers/tablets/messages).
- Willing to learn and able to multi-task.
- Team player, self-starter, and great communicator.
Other things that will make you stand out:
- Experience working with a POS/register.
- Experience in gaming, retail, or fast-paced customer support.
- Examples of going above and beyond for guests or coworkers.
