Busnisess Analyst ( Health Care SME ) required
8+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, business analysis, product
management, consulting, or digital transformation.
● Strong knowledge of multi-site provider or facility operations;
experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, senior living,
behavioral health, ambulatory care, or similar environments is
particularly valuable.
● Practical experience with several healthcare administrative
functions, such as patient access, scheduling, eligibility and
benefits verification, prior authorization, referrals, medical records,
revenue cycle, billing and collections, procurement, workforce
administration, or compliance.
● Demonstrated success identifying and implementing process
automation, workflow optimization, AI-enabled solutions, shared
services, or third-party vendor consolidation.Interview business, operational, clinical-administrative, finance, and
technology stakeholders.
● Rapidly understand and document current-state processes, systems,
data flows, handoffs, pain points, controls, staffing, and third-party
dependencies.
● Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality,
turnaround time, and cost efficiency through process redesign,
automation, AI, integration, or vendor consolidation.
● Quantify opportunities using transaction volumes, staffing effort, error
and rework rates, cycle times, vendor costs, and other available
operational data.
● Prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, implementation effort
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
