The Money
- Competitive base salary (starting at $42,000 annually) — guaranteed, every month, regardless of sales

The Role
You'll be the face of Gateway Fiber in your assigned territory — meeting homeowners at the door, showing them why fiber beats whatever they're paying for now, and signing up new customers in neighborhoods where demand is already built in. Fiber sells itself once people understand it. Your job is to start that conversation.
This isn't a churn-and-burn door job. Gateway promotes from within, and reps who perform move into leadership and internal roles fast.
