We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, w e have a Real Estate Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Title Company for their Boynton Beach, FL location.
Full Time: Monday - Friday (In the Office / Not Remote)
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle a file from Sales Contract through Processing and preparing the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
- Contact appropriate parties to gather documents and clear title issues when necessary to assist the processing team.
- Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
- Ordering, reviewing and disclosing matters on surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts etc.
- Responsible for preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD & package.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Title position handling Processing and Closing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Qualia Software
- Bilingual/Spanish
- FL Title Agent License
- FL Notary
