Job Details
- Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
To set you up for success, your journey will start working directly with the doctor and patients on the clinical side. Once you have mastered patient care and preliminary testing, you will expand your skillset into administrative front-office operations.
1. Preliminary Testing
- Patient Prep: Prepare patients for their eye exams by welcoming them into the clinical area and gathering basic medical histories.
- Pre-Testing: Perform preliminary diagnostic testing (such as autorefraction, visual fields, and special imaging).
- Contact Lens Training: Patiently guide and instruct new contact lens wearers on proper insertion, removal, and lens hygiene.
- Clinic Maintenance: Keep exam rooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked between patients to ensure a smooth flow for the doctor.
2. Front Desk & Office Operations
- Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Verifying insurance and updating patient information.
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Managing payments and daily office flow.
- Helping patients with forms and general questions.
- Multitasking and organization to keep the front office running efficiently.

Experience in the optical or medical field is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm and a great work ethic!
