Job Title: Export Logistics Coordinator
Job Location: Neenah, WI 54956
Job Type: Contract - 6 Months, with potential extension
Job Duties:
- Coordinate international shipments, including standard/non-standard picks, shipment consolidation, freight quoting, and shipment completion.
- Prepare, verify, and transmit export documentation accurately and within required shipping deadlines.
- Manage order entry and material information in SAP/SED, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve order issues and meet delivery requirements.
- Provide backup support across export operations, including quoting, alternative sourcing, customer claims/repairs, and other export-related activities.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, procurement operations, transportation, export, or shipping.
- Experience with international/global shipping; logistics or carrier experience within a global organization is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet daily shipping deadlines, and take initiative on additional duties/projects.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM (Flexible)
Pay: $23.50 per hour
