Location: Onsite in Mahwah, NJ 07430 OR Kinnelon, NJ 07405 (Training is dependent on hiring managers discretion)
The Construction Information Verifier plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of construction project data. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented, and thrives in an environment where precision and consistency matter most.
Accuracy is the top priority — speed is not. Attention to detail, consistency, and clear communication are essential when reviewing, coding, and entering project information.
Locate, verify, and enter new or updated construction project information
Proofread and ensure all entries are accurate before submission
Contact sources to clarify discrepancies or confirm corrections
Support internal teams with timely and accurate project updates
Participate in team projects and assist with client requests as needed
2–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative, or reporting roles
Strong attention to detail and reading comprehension
Comfortable making phone calls to verify information
Excellent computer and prioritization skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently after training
Consistent work history (minimum 1 year per previous role)
Must live within 30 minutes of Mahwah, NJ or Kinnelon, NJ
