Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a maintenance crew and ensure properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
- Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup
- Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees
- Identify landscape issues and report them to management
- Make sure crews complete properties according to schedule and company standards
- Properly operate and care for landscape equipment
- Load and organize trucks and equipment each day
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and residential landscape maintenance
- Experience using mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Ability to identify common plants and understand proper pruning techniques
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred
- Dependable, organized, and able to lead a crew
- Able to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical labor
