Job Overview:
Pirates Dinner Adventure and Beach Boulevard Club are seeking enthusiastic, skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment. This role requires experience in a dinner show or restaurant setting, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making drink recommendations.
- Efficiently operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels in the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service regulations.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and close customer tabs.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff during banquets or special events to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent service standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
- Working knowledge of food safety and alcohol service practices.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
