Responsibilities:
- In office - Full time.
- Reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and National Accounts.
- Provides support to a traveling Marketing/National Accounts team, including directing and communicating inquiries to appropriate staffing at both the home office and the field office level.
· Maintains Senior Vice President of Marketing’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel itineraries.
- Assists the marketing department by researching and routing correspondence where appropriate; including drafting correspondence, data reports, collecting/analyzing information, initiating telecommunications and providing support related to this objective.
- Organizes company participation in regional and national trade shows, conferences and meetings; including registering attendees, submitting sponsorship agreements, arranging payments, shipping materials to venue, planning and arranging client dinners/events and being aware of industry meetings schedules throughout the year.
· Manage new account set up and account modification process; including reviewing, submitting and tracking progress of work orders.
- Learn and utilize case management system to investigate orders and communicate requests/follow-up to the field and the client base.
- Proofread contracts, memos, and various promotional material to identify grammatical errors and suggest appropriate changes.
- Distribute marketing memos and various other communications to the field and to client base.
- Facilitate daily report communication between specific clients and the field.
- Track and distribute lab kit requests from field offices.
- Take inventory of marketing promotional materials and place/manage orders when appropriate.
- Reconcile monthly expense reports for SVP.
Qualities:
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and independence when conducting day to day responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written.
- Organization and the ability to multitask, prioritize and shift focus is a must.
- Individual must have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with several departments.
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties, as assigned.

This is an in-office opportunity. Work hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our Jericho NY Executive Office (north shore of Nassau County).
